Overview
At Nish Crafts, we want you to love every handcrafted piece. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item received
- Unused items in original packaging with tags intact
- Custom or personalized items only if damaged or incorrect
Non-returnable
- Items used, washed, or altered after delivery
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Custom orders made to your specifications (unless defective)
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for the same product (different variant) or another item of equal or higher value. Contact us before sending anything back.
How to return
- Email us at our support email or WhatsApp our support number with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship the item back in secure packaging within 3 days of approval.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return shipping
- Defective / wrong item: we cover return shipping (reverse pickup where available).
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
